With Mr. Jacob passing his 34 month birthday this month, he probably has about a 1,000 word vocabulary and is now starting to progress with potty training. But this was not always the case. In past days, crawling was the craze of the day with walking still a few months off.
Very interesting how Jacob's personality shows in the video. It is more apparent now looking back than it was at the time, but I can see "Jacob", as I know him now, so strongly in the video of the past.
ReplyDeleteOh, yes, I disagree with one thing. Jacob has more than a thousand word vocabulary. He knows a thousand words that have to do with just Thomas the Train!!!
ReplyDeleteIt was an estimate. Most everything I found on the Web indicates a 3 year old has between 500-1000 word vocabulary. With language, Jacob is probably a little above average, but he is not quite 3 so 1000 seems right to me.

ReplyDeleteHe's so precious! I remember him at that age. I miss my Jakey.
